A Spring Cleanse Approved Recipe

My juicer is out and my diet is naturally transitioning with the new season.

I have been eating micro greens, drinking smoothies and making fresh juices and tonics. Okay, it has only been two days, but I am off to a good start.

I am not sure if has been the snow days or the cold weather, but as we welcome in spring I am feeling more tired than usual.

This Cinnamon & Honey dressing tastes just like spring and while it is not part of the cleanse it is the perfect dressing to start adding to your salads. You just may find yourself wanting to eat more greens.

Cinnamon & Honey Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons manuka honey (any good honey will do)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Gently warm the honey and add the remaining ingredients to the melted honey
  2. Whisk all to combine and serve
