Cinnamon & Honey Salad Dressing

- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 4 teaspoons manuka honey (any good honey will do)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- pinch of salt
- Gently warm the honey and add the remaining ingredients to the melted honey
- Whisk all to combine and serve
