Chocolate Power Bites

Cleanse Approved & Kid Approved

(gluten free, nut free, dairy free)

There are so many snack ball recipes online, but most of them contain dates and/or nuts. I wanted to create a recipe free of both. I love dates, but they trigger a binge for me. I also love nuts, but I don’t feel very light after eating them.

Previous to this recipe my last memory of prunes was prune juice. I think it was my mom’s only natural home remedy and I hated it. I lost all these years thinking prunes tasted terrible, but they are really tasty!

I was so happy when my son tried a small bite and liked it. I later saw him eat two so I know it was a real success.
