I know I was. I battle with some on and off digestive issues thanks to some serious antibiotics I took to treat Lyme disease. I gain some weight, but I never diet or beat myself up. I do exercise a few times a week and eat a very clean diet. I generally feel pretty great, but it was not always that way. I have done a lot of work to get where I am now.

How do I do this?
I ask questions and you fill out a detailed history.
Then we make a plan.
I provide accountability so you are not doing this alone. We make small changes that result in life long habits. We stop the dieting.
We look for the not so obvious stuff too like digestive issues, food sensitivities, adrenal issues, and hormonal problems.
Some people are scared of tests. They say, “I am afraid what you might find” or “I will just lose a few pounds then have you test me.”
I do not diagnose or treat anything. These are tests that I have been trained to educate you on. These tests give us clues that really might motivate you to make the dietary and lifestyle changes you have been resisting.
These test can also been done in the comfort of your own home.
Still don’t want to take tests? That is okay too. I have successfully coached men and women without any tests.
