Triple Berry Sorbet

This is a whole food cleanse approved recipe and it is so refreshing.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon coconut milk (thick part from can)
  • remaining liquid from the can of coconut milk
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • chia seeds (optional topping)
Instructions
  1. Blend all in a high-speed blender and eat right away. I use cold bowls to serve.
