Need a quick pick me up? These energy balls are easy to make, totally satisfying and kid friendly.

Raw Energy Balls

Ingredients
  • 1 c activated cashews
  • 2 medjool dates (remove seeds)
  • ¼ c dark chocolate chips or cocao nibs
  • 1 T sunflower seed butter
  • 1T chia egg (ground chia mixed with 3 T water)
Instructions
  1. Blend cashews in food processor.
  2. Add dates, chia egg and sunflower seed butter and blend.
  3. Add chocolate chips and give quick pulse of food processor.
  4. Form balls and store in refrigerator.
