Need a quick pick me up? These energy balls are easy to make, totally satisfying and kid friendly.
Raw Energy Balls

Ingredients
- 1 c activated cashews
- 2 medjool dates (remove seeds)
- ¼ c dark chocolate chips or cocao nibs
- 1 T sunflower seed butter
- 1T chia egg (ground chia mixed with 3 T water)
Instructions
- Blend cashews in food processor.
- Add dates, chia egg and sunflower seed butter and blend.
- Add chocolate chips and give quick pulse of food processor.
- Form balls and store in refrigerator.
