Teff Crepes

- 1 t coconut oil
- ⅓ c plus 1 T teff flour
- ⅓ c light coconut milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 T water
- ½ t baking soda
- Heat coconut oil in pan.
- Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend.
- Pour ⅙ of batter into hot pan and flip when bubbles form.
