Rose Water Lemonade

I have been doing so much experimenting in the kitchen with my cleanse starting soon.

For the spring cleanse water with lemon is the recommended morning drink.  Rose water is starting to pop up in juice stores and I thought I would look into it and give it a try.  I have not tried to make my own rose water yet, but I have found a brand that I like.  I also use the rose water on my face and hair.

To make:

Squeeze 1 lemon and mix with 24 ounces of filtered water and 1 teaspoon rosewater (I use this one). Optional: 2 drops stevia or honey.
