5 Energizing Drinks That Are Not Coffee
March 17, 2016
I typically drink a double shot of decaf espresso. I recently cut it out and I not only missed my morning drink, but I felt fatigued.
I had to part with caffeinated coffee years ago because if I did not drink it within the first minutes of waking I would get a wicked headache. I am taking a break now to prepare for my upcoming Spring Whole Food Cleanse.
I enjoy the taste and ritual of a morning espresso, so I wanted to have some healthy alternatives.
I look forward to all of these delicious beverages.
