Lime & Paprika Hummus

Ingredients
  • 2 15-ounce cans of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • ¼ avocado oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ bunch cilantro
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days.
