Teff Crepes

Ingredients
  • 1 t coconut oil
  • ⅓ c plus 1 T teff flour
  • ⅓ c light coconut milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 T water
  • ½ t baking soda
Instructions
  1. Heat coconut oil in pan.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend.
  3. Pour ⅙ of batter into hot pan and flip when bubbles form.
