Smooth Honey Dressing

- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sacha Inchi oil (You could use olive oil instead)
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- Gently warm honey and add remaining ingredients to the melted honey
- Whisk all to combine and serve
