- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 400ยบ
- Rinse garbanzo beans and towel dry
- Place dried beans on a baking sheet
- Melt coconut oil and drizzle over beans
- Sprinkle with garlic powder
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Sprinkle with salt to taste
