Post-Workout Recovery Shake

- 8 oz. coconut water
- ½ cucumber
- ¼ c mixed frozen berries
- 1 teaspoon spirulina
- 1 teaspoon organic sunbutter
- ½ scoop protein powder or chia seeds (optional)
- 1 bunch spinach or romaine (both work great)
- 1 scoop fiber
- handful of ice cubes
- Blend all in high-speed blender.
