Homemade Breakfast Cereal

- ½ c almonds (use activated nuts)
- ¼ c walnuts
- 2 teaspoons shredded coconut
- ½ teaspoon vanilla flavor
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 c almond milk
- Toppings: ½ banana,1 tablespoon ground chia or flax, pumpkin seeds
- Optional: Raspberries, blueberries, apple, mulberries or sunflower seeds
- In a food processor grind the almonds and walnuts until they are coarse.
- Add coconut and vanilla to the food processor and pulse.
- Pour into cereal bowl and add 1 cup almond milk and toppings.
- Want it warm? Heat up the milk before pouring it over the cereal.
