Miso and Blackstrap Molasses Baked Salmon

Ingredients
  • ½-1lb Wild Salmon
  • 3 Tablespoons Coconut Aminos
  • 1 Tablespoon Yellow Miso
  • 1 Tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Hot Pepper Sesame Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Blackstrap Molasses
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger (Fresh grated or powdered)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Combine all the ingredients and whisk together.
  3. Coat the salmon (skin side down) and marinade in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
  4. Bake 12-15 minutes.
