Miso and Blackstrap Molasses Baked Salmon

Serves: 2-3 servings
- ½-1lb Wild Salmon
- 3 Tablespoons Coconut Aminos
- 1 Tablespoon Yellow Miso
- 1 Tablespoon Mirin
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Rice Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Hot Pepper Sesame Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Blackstrap Molasses
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger (Fresh grated or powdered)
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Combine all the ingredients and whisk together.
- Coat the salmon (skin side down) and marinade in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
- Bake 12-15 minutes.
